Asked for a 55lb RAM for my birthday and it's awesome! It's the size of a large foam roller and has serious density to it. Solidly constructed and can take a beating in workouts. I chose the 55lb because of male DEKA requirements and I love it because with 55lbs you can do a variety of functional lifts that will challenge you with its compact size. It's deceivingly heavy in a good way. Every time I go to move it, I'm reminded that it's 55lbs :)

Love the Ram Rollers. They're great, versatile, convenient, and impervious to the weather. But the Ram 33 I received (ordered with the 44) is missing its inner plug.

We went all in on our initial purchase, not knowing too much about RAM and the product, leap of faith you might say. This is the perfect functional training tool. No environment is too tough. Bonus, I will never need to buy another sandbag again.

The Ram was affordable and product is as presented. It took a very long time for shipping but other than that happy with product and service.

All RAMs are well worth their cost! It's a simple piece of equipment, yet there are many varitions to work all major muscle groups.
