I received both of my rams relatively fast. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit so it is dented and slightly beat up looking for a new product, however, it has not impacted the usability of the product.

They are the best you can buy
Love the Ram Rollers. They're great, versatile, convenient, and impervious to the weather. But the Ram 33 I received (ordered with the 44) is missing its inner plug.
