An Excellent All Over Body Workout using Ram
I'm familiar with RAM because my Camp Gladiator trainer uses them and they have been used for CG games. I know it's going to be an interesting day at CG camp when the RAMs show up. Your workout is going to take a step up when a RAM is used. Burpees, presses, carries, etc all go next level on RAM days. I'm buying one for home use.
