Introduced the RAM to our kids and they loved them. With The RAMs we have included them into the workouts. The workouts with The DEKA events has added a powerful desire to hit the gym. I looking to add the 33lbs RAM for the extra push.
I love traveling with my ram. I have the weight I need for a full body workout and I can do my recovery rolling all in one without having to bring to much on the road with me.
