RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

RAMfit RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

All items must include original packaging.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Return Exceptions

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)

 

 

Return Process Exceptions

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

RAMfit  CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing the order may not be canceled.

The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items.

If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

If your order is eligible to be canceled RAMfit will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been canceled in the “Order History” tab of your account page.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.

FAQs
DO I NEED THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
Yes. All items must include original packaging. All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.
Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM AFTER USING IT?
We are unable to accept returns for used merchandise.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS ON AN EXCHANGE?
Customers will be responsible for return shipping only for most items. Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.
All customers outside the CONUS 48 will be responsible for shipping both ways.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
I BOUGHT A CLOSEOUT ITEM. CAN I RETURN IT?
Closeout item sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Closeout items.
WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping charges incurred as part of your online purchase are nonrefundable when returning or exchanging items.
