Triceps

1)  a. Overhead Extension: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and knees slightly bent. Place one end of the resistive tubing underneath your heel and hold the other end in your hand. By stretching the resistive tubing behind you, bend your arm so that your elbow is pointing towards the ceiling. As you exhale, straighten the arm holding the resistive tubing to a fully extended position over your head.

b. Standing Kickbacks: Stand in a lunge position, by taking a step forward, your front foot flat and your knee slightly bent. Your back leg should be straight with your heel on the floor. Keep your upper body as straight as possible. Place the resistive tubing under your front foot and hold equals lengths in each hand. Bend your arms as much as possible but keep your hands in line with your upper body. As you exhale, extend your arms straight back, keeping your upper body motionless.

c. Seated Kickbacks: Sit on the exercise ball with your legs bent at 90°. Place the resistive tubing across your knees, bend at the waist, bringing your chest to your knees. Bend your arms as much as possible, keeping your hands just in front of your chest. As you exhale, extend your arms straight back, keeping your upper body motionless.
