2) SWING SPECIFIC:
a. Lead Arm: Place the door attachment
on top of the doorframe and tie the resistive tubing with a
knot. Assume your golf stance with the resistive tubing in your
lead hand. Move away from the door so that with your arm in an
extended position there is light resistance in the resistive
tubing. As you exhale, keep your arm completely straight and
take your arm through the downswing up to the point of impact.
This movement should imitate the action of your golf swing
exactly. The movement involves no rotation, only the down swing
motion of your lead arm up until the point of impact.
