Forearms

1) a. Wrist Flexion: Sit on the exercise ball with your legs bent at 90°, your forearm resting flat on your upper thigh, with your palm facing up. Place one end of the resistive tubing under your foot and wrap the other end around your hand. The tighter you wrap the resistive tubing the greater the resistance. NOTE: do not wrap your hand so tight as to cut off the circulation to your fingers. As you exhale, bend your wrist as much as possible while keeping your forearm on your thigh. Inhale to bring your wrist all the way down.

b. Wrist Extension: Sit on the exercise ball with your legs bent at 90°, your forearm resting flat on your upper thigh, with your palm facing down. Place one end of the resistive tubing under your foot and wrap the other end around your hand. The tighter you wrap the resistive tubing the greater the resistance. NOTE: do not wrap your hand so tight as to cut off the circulation to your fingers. As you exhale, lift your wrist as much as possible while keeping your forearm on your thigh. Inhale to bring your wrist all the way down.

c. Radial Deviation: Sit on the exercise ball with your legs bent at 90°, and both your forearms resting flat on your upper thighs, with your palms facing up. Grasp the resistive tubing in both hands with your knuckles facing each other. As you exhale, bend your wrists as if to separate your hands.
