2) a. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back with both legs extended. Place the resistive tubing around your foot and raise that leg. Try to keep your butt on the ground as you lift your leg closer to your chest.

b. Outer Thigh: Lie flat on your back with both legs extended. Place the resistive tubing around your foot and raise that leg, bring that leg across your body, while keeping both butt cheeks on the mat.

c. Inner Thigh: Lie flat on your back with one leg extended and one leg bent and turned out. Place the resistive tubing around your foot that is extended. Open that leg so that is at the same angle as your bent leg, pull the resistive tubing towards your ear to increase the stretch.
