Before beginning any exercise program it is recommended that
you have medical clearance from your physician. In purchasing this
exercise package it is understood that you will be involved in
movements that if not done properly may result in injury. In
purchasing this exercise package RAMFIT ENTERPRISES is cleared of
all liability in the case of any injuries resulting from this
exercise program.
Breathing: always breath throughout the exercise, DO NOT
hold your breath. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your
mouth. You should exhale during the hardest part of the exercise
unless otherwise indicated.
Abdominals: it is very important to keep your abdominals
contracted as much as possible. These muscles will help stabilize
you. When doing exercises, make sure that your stomach does not
bulge out, as you lose the contraction of your abs.
Door Attachment: make sure to place the Door Attachment
close to a hinge in the door for the most support. For single
arm/leg exercises it is advisable to use a single length of
resistive tubing and tie one end to the door handle. For added
resistance the resistive tubing can be doubled, and both ends held
in your hand. |
